The room was very nice and clean with comfortable beds. There were 4 adults and one child so the two beds with the sofa bed is a perfect setup for us. The staff was amazing. We were coming into Lake Charles for a funeral and we needed an early check in time in order to travel from out of state and get here to be able to get dressed. Everyone was polite and accommodating and very friendly.

I really liked the spacious room! We had three adults, a teenager, and an 8 year old with plenty of room. We could have comfortably fit one more guest if we wanted. I also liked that the toilet was in a separate room from the shower. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options and very friendly staff!! Great location near several restaurants, stores, and Casino.

Everything in our stay was great, I hope I spell her name right but Dedra at front desk was amazing! We arrived to Lake Charles sooner than expected and we attempted to try early check in and she informed us she had a room available and that she could help with that. Thank you thank you!

Breakfast could use a ramp up. Biscuits were soggy and eggs were cold. There was no sausage or anything else to go with eggs.

I did not have an automobile to get around and the shopping center across the street was very difficult to get to. It would be nice if the city would have a streetlight somewhere in the middle of the block. The light on the corner is dangerous because of the traffic coming off of the freeway and cars making turns on the street.

The room was amazing !! the toilet was in a separate room from the shower room . we had a room with two queen size beds and a sleeper sofa . The sofa itself doesn’t pull out but it’s extra wide with accommodation of stools to make it larger . The beds were very comfortable and check in staff was super nice . The pool facility was good along with the jacuzzi.
